STENTER FINISHING (Bruckner)
Production capacity: 8.5 Tons / Day
Machine: Bruckner imported from Germany
Used to dry wet fabric
❖Softner can be added with fabric to give a soft feeling.
❖Special finishing such as fire retardant and anti-stain finish can be done.
❖Heat setting of Lycra, Polyester, and Polycotton fabrics can be done in
open-width form.
❖This Machine can be used to control the GSM and width of the fabric.
OPEN WIDTH COMPACTING (TubeTex)
Production capacity: 9 Tons/ Day
Machine : TUBE Tex c2000 Imported from USA
❖Open Width fabric shrinkage will be controlled.
❖Before compacting process fabric will be tested in the LAB.
❖For shrinkage the required length will be arrested using the machine.
OPEN WIDTH COMPACTING (Sintec)
Production capacity: 9 Tons/ Day
Machine: Sintec Imported from Italy
❖Open Width fabric shrinkage will be controlled.
❖Before the compacting process fabric will be tested in the LAB.
❖For shrinkage the required length will be arrested using the machine.
TUBULAR HEAT SETTING (Ask Me)
Production capacity: 10 Tons/ Day
Machine: Ask Me (Taiwan)

Used to control the GSM of the fabric
❖Using this machine Heatsetting of Lycra, Polyester, and Polycotton fabrics can be done in tubular form.
❖Heat setting is done to avoid curling of the fabric after finishing.
❖ The width of the fabric also can be controlled using this process.
❖Streak marks on the fabric will be avoided if we do heat-setting.
TUBULAR COMPACTING (Tubetex)
Production Capacity: 7.5 Tons / Day

❖Tubular Fabric shrinkage will be controlled.
OPEN WIDTH & TUBULAR RAISING

❖Used to give a raising effect on the loop knit and fleece fabrics.
SLIT OPEN MACHINE ( Bianco)
